cLISI / iLISI are NaN on my Mac

Install a C++ compiler, then run evaluate again in a new Python session. On macOS, xcode-select --install installs one.

env install --run refuses on macOS or Windows

The method environments run only on Linux, so the install refuses here. Installation lists what works on macOS and Windows.

To run on a Linux server, make the commands there. scan and --dry-run write the absolute paths of the machine they run on.

Details

--force (force=True in Python) attempts the install anyway.
